Best Western Knoxville Airport/Alcoa

After a very long drive, my family stopped at this hotel and I was thoroughly impressed. Contrary to some of the other lower star reviews, our room was very clean and everything I noticed outside and in common areas were also very well kept. My favorite about the place was their breakfast. I haven’t done much traveling myself, but the little amount of traveling I have done, I can say that it’s rare that I have had a complimentary breakfast that tasted as nice as this one. They put a little extra time in their breakfast rather than taking the cheap and easy way out. They definitely put just enough extra ingredients to please the taste buds, but make it where even the picky eaters can enjoy it. I called to ask the front desk what they use in one of the dishes they offer and she wasn’t able to answer that right away but took time out of her day to return my call without me even asking and let me know. Thank you for the hospitality and kindness. It makes people feel human and appreciated. Wonderful place to stay and I would recommend staying there to anyone and hope that I can experience it again one day.

This hotel was the nicest in the area! The breakfast was on point, the rooms were very clean and the beds were like sleeping on clouds!

The staff is so so sweet, the shuttle super helpful and the morning coffee was great. My only complaint was the cleanliness. The elevator floor was so sticky and black with dirt, the hall way was pretty dirty. Our room seemed cleaner, but the bathroom was a little on the sketchy side. I think it's just pretty old. I think they do their best with what the have. We were nervous to not wear shoes in the room. We stayed one night as a quick late flight early morning take off. For that purpose it was just fine. I would not stay any longer.

As a over the road driver, I have the pleasure of staying at various hotels, and Best Western is always a top choice. This particular hotel lived up to my expectations, with friendly staff, a clean and comfortable room, and a quiet environment. I was also impressed by the hotel's ability to accommodate my truck parking needs. Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I am grateful for the excellent service provided.

This place is a real gem. We are really impressed. We travel a lot and have stayed in hundreds of places, this hotel is perfect. The room was wonderfully clean, comfy bed and quiet. Staff are friendly, helpful, can't say enough! It's one of the cleanest hotel we've stayed in, including the 5 stars we've stayed it.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The price was actually better than other hotels in that area. Free breakfast wasn't anything to write home about but it was free.

We booked our room at the last minute, due to issues caused by storm Helene. We couldn't be happier with this Best Western. We are flying out of TYS airport and the hotel is directly across the street with a hotel shuttle. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff has been awesome and the breakfast one of the best I've ever had in a hotel. There's an indoor heated swimming pool and restaurants within walking distance. My wife made a great last minute find.

I missed my flight and needed a place to crash for about 7 hours. I usually stay with Hilton properties or a Marriott equivalent, but when I checked Hilton Airport location, the price was ridiculous. I paid a little over 100 with the taxes and was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to my room. The hotel has been upgraded recently. Full amenities in the room. Comfy bed. Strong shower pressure. Most importantly, a 24/7 airport shuttle that got me to the airport at 4:10 am. The employees were also very friendly and accommodating. I did not see anyone hanging out in the parking lot and the grounds were clean. If this ever was a problem, it clearly had been resolved.
